Different capacity-building training/orientations are provided to cooperative members. A total of 40 were trained through PEARLS analysis.

112 vulnerable young women are running their businesses and earning about 20,000 per month with the support of the project and received loans from the cooperative.

To educate and empower the youth club in the project area to take climate action as outlined in their action plans, a total of 18 youth COC graduates participated in a 4-day Y-Adapt Training at the project site.

Youth/adolescents and the Dalit Network of Kanakasundari R.M. are developing their common action plan on issues that matter to the adolescents/youth of Kanakasundari R.M. To increase media coverage on the issues raised by youth and the Dalit network, submit the plan to the Palika level stakeholders.

200 participants took part in the community-led campaign. The key discussions from these sessions were also shared in ward and Palika level meetings.

A total of 18 youths are enrolled in a dialogue where youths and duty bearers, including Kanakasundari RM’s chairman, ward chairmen of ward-3 and 5, and other officials, were present. The program aims to engage duty bearers like government officials and community leaders to foster a comprehensive discussion on ensuring and protecting these rights.

Himachuli Women Cooperative Hima 01, Laligurash Pashupanchhi Women Cooperative Sinaja 02, and Hima Women Agriculture Multipurpose Cooperative Kanakasundari 05 are functioning with the intervention of PCEFM Project.

The PCEFM Project has supported the three cooperatives by prioritizing administrative efficiency and increasing the number of cooperative members with the technical support of the project team.

A total of 3 beneficiaries were supported from Hima, Kanakasundari, and Sinja. Beneficiaries were supported with items such as goats, chickens, and groceries. We provided support to the most vulnerable people in three municipalities so that they could earn a living and support their children’s education to continue attending school.

10 CoC facilitators from all the three Rural Municipalities have been trained and currently they are conducting CoC classes continuously.

Total 10 center (40 groups) of female CoC center run & 15 member have been participating and enhancing knowledge on CEFM & 5 center of male CoC and 5 Center of girls ( 40 group ) run in Hima, Sinja & Kanakasundari RM
