As I sit down to write this message, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude and inspiration. This past year has been one of remarkable growth and impactful change for our organization. Despite the myriad of challenges, we faced, our collective resolve has driven us to new heights and deeper commitments to our goals and mission. Thanks to the unwavering commitment of our team, partners, and community, we have achieved significant progress. Our journey this year has been marked by several significant milestones. We have expanded our programs, launched new initiatives, and reached more individuals and communities than ever before. Through our dedicated efforts, we have seen tangible improvements in the lives of those we serve, reinforcing our belief in the power of community-driven change.

One of the highlights of this year has been our ability to foster stronger collaborations and partnerships with donors and local government. By working closely with local government and individuals, we have amplified our efforts and maximized our resources, ensuring that we can continue to deliver high-quality services and support to those who need it most. Our team has shown incredible flexibility and creativity, finding new ways to deliver services and support in a rapidly changing landscape.

In close coordination and partnership with CAD, Jumla successfully utilized the local government budget amounting to NRS 750,000 with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Throughout this year, CAD Jumla successfully implemented 4 projects across all thematic areas as outlined in our Strategy Plan. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our board of directors for their steadfast guidance and to our staff for their tireless work and dedication. Your passion and commitment are the driving force behind our success. Looking ahead, we are excited about the future and the opportunities it holds.
